These are surveys to measure the accurate plan and elevations of existing buildings, producing plans of premises internally and externally using the latest surveying equipment which is non contact and unobtrusive.
We can produce drawings in AutoCAD format, for architectural use, office plans, fire plans, service plans etc.

We have undertaken large and complex building shapes where professional surveying skill is required to accurately measure and draught existing buildings. We ensure wall thickness are accurately measured and not assumed as well as room and building squareness.
When undertaking surveys we endeavour to minimise disruption to clients as little as possible and will often work out of office hours or weekends if that is preferred. We respect client's property and premises and work clean and as unobtrusive as possible internally and externally.
The basic standard building survey would include:
Solid load bearing and partition walls
Window and door positions including cill and head heights
Stairs with direction indicated
Floor and ceiling levels
Room description may include floor area
Drainage, sanitary fittings and fixed furniture worktops etc
Any specific requirements e.g. radiators, electric sockets, position of fire alarm points, extinguishers, ceiling lights, switches etc
Normally these types of survey are undertaken on a fixed price basis after a quotation is given.We will liaise with clients regarding general access to locked areas and security sensitive areas and have experience in these situations such as airport back up areas and military sites.
